I use English everyday as a job when I have to speak proper grammar to make things run smoothly. I sometimes will be on the phone, or it might be face-to-face. Either way, If I do not sound educated they will probably looked at me different and not want to buy my items. The way you speak and come across comes a long way when talking to someone.

Thank you for posting, Dalton. I look forward to reading your posts this semester. What kind of items do you sell at your job?
ReplyDeleteMake sure you let us know what pages were helpful while you were writing your business letter and how the rough draft of essay #1 goes, along with your perspective on tattoos before Thursday!
And make your blog unique. Think of hobbies, something about yourself that makes YOU YOU...and make your blog show that aspect of you off :) Be sure to check out (add all) and comment on a couple of other students' blogs as you are posting before next Thursday.

Dalton, you have not done the second blog (was due night of Peer Review), and updated your profile (as suggested above).
ReplyDeleteI've already expressed that this is an important percentage of your final grade and cumulative. Make sure you catch up by the time the third blog is due (I'm assigning tonight). I would rather you get partial credit than zero.
Ms. Hanson
Make sure to transfer your blogs and backdate them. Also, I look forward to your thoughts on the readings (1-4 so far) due Thursday. Be ready for the quiz!! Hope your SB was nice.
